About Us

Sam Aryan

I was born in Iran and started Taekwondo at age 14. At the time I had serious foot injury and had to use crutches to walk. When I saw Taekwondo on TV for the first time, I made my decision right away to recover from my injury and join Taekwondo. It took me six months to be ready for my first trial session.
On the training session, everyone was supportive, Welcoming and positive which made me fall in love with Taekwondo.

Taekwondo has always helped me to be confident, strong and made me able to protect myself against the bully. Taekwondo was a reason for me to stay off streets and away from drugs and I have found so many great and like minded friends.

Taekwondo is not only about physical exercise, but also it focuses on Discipline, Self control, Integrity, Perseverance and builds an indomitable spirit.

In Taekwondo, I have learned to respect people more and be positive towards life and never give up dealing with challenges.
